Workbloom holds the details of your freelance business: buyers, messages, orders and money. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, your name if you add it, your time zone and your preferences (like the theme).
  • What you bring in from Fiverr: the orders, earnings, messages, gigs and level numbers in the Earnings CSV you import, the entries you type, and, if you switch on the optional browser extension, the Fiverr pages you open yourself. This can include buyer usernames and message and review text. It is kept in your workspace only and never shown on a public page.
  • What you connect elsewhere: from other marketplaces you connect (such as Upwork or Freelancer.com), the jobs, proposals, contracts, messages, milestones and payouts they share with Workbloom. From a mailbox you connect, the job alerts and client emails Workbloom reads to fill your Inbox.
  • What you create: buyer and client notes, invoices, expenses, time entries, templates, portfolio items and files you upload.
  • Basic usage: anonymous page-view counts, without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

We don't collect card numbers. When a client pays an invoice, they pay on the payment page you link to, not in Workbloom.

2. Why we use it

Only to run Workbloom for you: to show your inbox, rank your day, track your work and money, draft replies you review, and send the things you click Send on. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it to anyone.

3. Where it is kept

  • Your data is stored in a Postgres database run by Supabase. Every table uses row-level security, so a workspace can only ever read its own rows.
  • Files you upload are kept in private Supabase storage, in a folder that belongs to your workspace.
  • The keys that let Workbloom talk to a connected platform are encrypted in Supabase's vault. We never ask for or keep marketplace passwords.
  • The app itself is hosted on Vercel.

4. AI features

When you ask for a draft or a summary, Workbloom sends the text that draft needs to an AI service and shows you the result to edit. Email addresses, phone numbers and similar personal details are removed before the text is sent. Every feature still works without AI, and nothing an AI writes is ever sent without your click.

5. Who can see it

  • You, and the teammates you invite to your workspace.
  • A client sees only what you share with them through a private link (a project, an invoice or your public profile), and only until the link expires or you turn it off.
  • The services above (Supabase, Vercel and the AI service) process data only to provide their part of Workbloom.
  • We may disclose data if the law requires it, and will tell you when we are allowed to.

6. Cookies

Workbloom uses a few first-party cookies: one to keep you signed in, and small ones that remember display choices such as the theme and the sidebar. There are no advertising cookies.

7. Your choices

  • Export: download all your data at any time from Settings › Data & export.
  • Disconnect: remove any connected platform or mailbox in Settings › Connections. Its keys are deleted.
  • Delete: delete your workspace from Settings › Security. Its data is removed, and backups age out within the provider's normal retention period.
  • Sign out everywhere: end every session on every device from Settings › Security.

8. Changes and questions

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. For how Workbloom protects your accounts, see Security.
