Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Workbloom when you use the app. We've kept them short and plain.

1. Using Workbloom

You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to it safe, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You can invite teammates; you're responsible for what happens in workspaces you own.

2. Your content

Everything you connect, upload or write stays yours. You give Workbloom permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy page.

3. Marketplaces and their rules

Workbloom brings in marketplace data only through official connections, files you export yourself (such as Fiverr's Earnings CSV), things you type, the emails a marketplace sends you, and, if you switch it on, a browser extension that reads only the pages you open. It never scrapes or crawls them, never stores your marketplace passwords and never messages anyone first.

Your accounts on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour and other platforms are still governed by their own terms. Workbloom checks drafts for things platforms commonly forbid, such as sharing contact details too early, but you are responsible for what you send. Workbloom is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fiverr or any of those platforms. The optional extension is your choice, and you are responsible for deciding whether using it fits the rules of your accounts.

4. Sending and money

Workbloom sends a message, submits a proposal, accepts anything or moves money only when you press the button for that specific item, after seeing what will be sent. Autopilot can prepare drafts and reminders, but anything that reaches a client waits for your approval. Payments from your clients happen on the payment pages you link to, not inside Workbloom.

5. AI drafts

Drafts, summaries, scores and answers are suggestions. They can be wrong. Read them before you rely on them or send them, especially anything about money, deadlines or a client's requirements.

6. Fair use

  • Don't use Workbloom to send spam, mislead clients or break a platform's rules.
  • Don't try to reach other workspaces' data, overload the service or get around its limits.
  • Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

7. The service

Workbloom is in early access. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without warranties, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, Workbloom isn't liable for lost earnings, missed messages or decisions made using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using Workbloom and delete your workspace at any time from Settings › Security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

9. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
